Sum 1 Cards

On the 28th March I went to Protea Glen Mall to get a pin for Sum1 card and I was told card is damaged then I request a new card i'm told they out of stock the guy tells me I must come the following week he's going to order, following weekend I go see same guy tells me they offline unable to issue cards I you come back sometime. I go again i'm told I should go to Protea Gardens to get the card as they still don't have cards when I ask why wasn't I told this last time he told me 'just go to protea gardens you'll get the card' I told him it cost me money to get to Protea Glen Mall now I must catch another taxi to Protea Gardens? he just laughed. I went there again still there's no Sum1 Cards, I think the bank is really not considerate to us clients and staff attitude just makes it worse it's now June I still don't have the card nor the pin as the card is damaged!!! I also went Bara taxi rank branch I'm told 'we don't have cards on stock' like really!!!? when I told the consultant there I need the card to open a linked32 days notice account for my daughter she tells me I can only do that at the ATM but how when I don't have the card!!!? To date I still don't have the card
