SUM 1 ACCOUNT KEPT ACTIVE AND ACCUMULATING CHARGES AFTER I WAS CALLED TO UPGRADE

I was using a SUM 1 account since I was 15 and when I turn 21 they called me to upgrade my account saying I no longer qualify to use kids account, I went to the bank and they upgraded to a cheque account but they didn't close that SUM 1 account I was told I can no longer use.

Last year It came to my attention that the account is still active and I'm owing service fees, charges are coming in every month, I went to Lephalale mall and they refused to close the account reqeme to pay before they can close it.
