I'm am surety on a home loan at Standard Bank, this loan is not properly paid by the person I stood surety for 10 years ago. Standard Bank is allowing this loan to increase by R5000 every month and blaming me for "not servicing the bond properly". The 20 year bond will now never come to end and I have been told that in the event of my death this dept will be part of my estate.
