Suddenly dropping down uCount tier without warning
They suddenly drop you down a uCount tier without any warning. Complicated rules that keep changing. I wondered: "Why am I getting R1,000 less than usual?" And then the answer is falling down a tier without any warning or opportunity to fix or prevent it.
