substandard service

<p>horrible horrible horrible service from standard bank, i have been waiting for over a week now for charges to be reversed since the ***** case was somewhat resolved. i have been going sending emails, calling and noone responds to me i am so ****ed off , the kind of service is totally unacceptable</p>
