Substandard Bank

Standard bank opens an account for me without consent and final approval and I have never been near a branch to sign or accept. When suddenly I want to close the account the agent says I need to go to a branch? Really Standard Bank. You truelly have a talent to drive away customers even before they are even customers. Also FYI your private banking is pathetic and feels no different to your normal service.
