Substandard Bank.
It took Standard Bank three years to finally cancel my Home Building insurance. Then it took them more than a month to get an *********** person to calculate the refund. I worked via so called senior people but they just send me the wrong calculation. I paid VAT on the monthly premiums but got nothing for interest or the overpaid taxes. Funny how they operate.
