I have a subsidy that was paid to standard bank on the 2022/05/12 from NHFC .I have sent several emails and no one is getting back to me .I have also sent through the proof of payment from NHFC TO Standard bank and still nothing Is standard bank ******** people with subsidy money ? See below communication to give me a rate from 14,75 to 12,95. I was sent five emails to accept the offer and did accept Them .Only to my surprise that on the 20 June 2024 the same instalment was still the same . I am very disappointed with this misleading communication .Can someone attend to this please .
