Stupidity
I asked for my statement to be sent by email. It didn't arrive for 3 months. Upon query I was told my email address was spelt incorrectly, so I asked for it to be fixed, after the usual security questions (One BTW was \How do you receive your statement? email or post.". Neither stupid"
