Stupid recall

3rd may 2021 mistakenly send R2000 to the beneficiary on my std bank app. I went to Dobsonville std branch I was connected to the call center. As I stated my problem. The consultant said the account number I just send money to its wrong the money will be reversed in 3 days. I told her That I once sent money on it n it went through whilst talking the money went out of my acc. I was told to make a recalled cos I wS unable to get hold of the owner of the account holder bt it's a std acc. I completed the forms n told to wait 40 day n charges do apply. Even now no call from standard bank the only calls am receiving r for credit card offer how can I take the credit card while they fail to reverse my money. Stupid bank
