Study loan approved, but Standard bank don't want to pay

I have app**** and submitted all the documentations for my study loan on the 14th of February 2023, and today is the 10th of March 2023. The turn around time for the application is 3 working days as stated online.

Standard bank refuses to pay out my student loan even tho it was approved on the 24th of February. My rent is due and my university registration fees are due. I am not the only student struggling to receive the funds that was approved.

Every time I phone Standard Bank they advise me to go to the branch, but I don’t have my own transportation and have to take the Bolt as is the case with many of my fellow students that are also struggling with the process. I also don’t have the time to go in every day to get a feedback as University has already started. I'm about to be evicted and the bank just doesn't care. I would like to applaud miss Senokwane Tshegofatso at Potchefstroom Standard Bank branch for trying to help me during this process, she was the only one really willing to help me. I am thankful for her and her willingness to help me.

I just want to know, who will be liable when I'm deregisterd and evicted?
