Study Loan

I app**** for my study loan online at standard bank. Within the next day I uploaded all my documents that were required for the application. I have waited two weeks, called about 3 times to hear updates, and all that was said is that they are very busy. So waiting patiently, I got a email that states, that the loan was unsuccessful due to not having all the documents required, why hasn't anyone called me, or emailed me and said that Standard Bank needs more documents, as far as I am concerned, I have given all the documents possible required. I then went online to track my application, and its states that my payslip is not legitimate??? I mean seriously, I may not have a fancy job, but I work very hard everyday for my money, I work at a tuck-shop with my mom and her business partner and not one of them had a call to confirm that I do work there or nothing?! How can you do that?
