Student without surety loan application feedback

I write this message in a more frustrated manner than before, my application was approved on Tuesday and i was told that the funds will reflect in 24-48 hrs but still haven't received anything. It's been more than 48 hrs now and normally i would patiently wait but I previously stated that I'm in an unprecedented situation. I have received a notice of eviction from my landlord yesterday and my institution is close to deregistering me. I don't know why Standard bank is delaying to release the funds but now i suddenly lost hope, as an Investment student i understand that there are processes involved but this has taken too long. These delays are affecting me badly because the bank has no idea of the challenges faced as a financially disadvantaged student and how their actions affect our outcomes. I need assistance and clarity or i'll just accept that my condition is the end of my academic endevour and possibly will be evicted next Monday facing charges on my unpaid rent.

Noted, I hope the matter will be resolved today because honestly these replies don't give me any trust no more.

Still nothing has been done, no payment, not even a communication on how this matter will be resolved. Today is a Friday, your team will soon knockoff with me having no clue of what's happening.
