student loans
I am currently abroad studying and my surety is back in South Africa . standard bank student loans do not want to help me with a student loan may I ask a senior person to give a branch permission for my surety to apply for the loan in the branch and to email me the contract to sign , or surety could courier it if needed . please assist me
