Student Loan without Surety Issues

A University Student here.

I read about the Student Loan without surety on the standard bank website. I considered an application would be favourable to clear my historical debt which will eventually allow me to register for this new academic year.

The communication was consistent by emails. I eventually got an approval form to sign as a final agreement and standard bank confirmed that payments were made. I did receive the educational equipment payment but unfortunately the tuition fee payment hasn't reflected on the fee statement.

Consulted Students Fee office and they haven't received any payments on my behalf yet. I went to the nearest branch to request proof of payment and sent an email but unfortunately haven't been assisted.

This has hindered my registration and my accomodation offer was affected. Unfortunately no proof of payment means the institution can't assist me with anything.
