Student loan without surety

I am highly dissatisfied with Standard Bank Central City (Mabopane) branch. I app**** for a Student loan without surety online and emailed all the documents to studentwithoutsurety mailbox then I later received an email that it has been pre approved and I should go to branch to sign the credit agreement .However ,when I went to the branch it seemed like the consultant did not know what “student loan without surety “is , I was sent pillar to post and she asked me to resend my documents to her work email address .Honestly I am disappointed in their service because my query has not been resolved yet . Why would Standard Bank advertise this product and not notify their employees because they couldn’t differentiate between the student loan with surety and the one without surety .
