Student Loan took extra money from me after I finished paying
Standard bank have taken extra money from me for a student loan I paid off early and won't return my money to me and their only response when i email is 'go into a branch'. I no longer live in SA and even if I did, I have a job and don't have time to waste for a problem that can be easily fixed. You stole money from me for a loan I had already finished paying and no one can help me via email.
