Student loan repayment

I opened a student loan two years ago. Great help from the lady when opening. I finished studying in Jan 2015 and got a job in Feb 2015 so I went to speak to the bank about paying it off.<br> Unfortunately, the nice old lady had retired. <br> We were met by chaos. No-one knew how a loan repayment worked. Even though we were at the branch they put us through on the call centre to try sort it out. The call centre said we must go to the branch! <br> <br> Anyway, after about 2 hours wasted I explained to the people at the branch how an loan repayment worked, I also worked out the figures for them. Bear in mind I only did these calculations in school, they are not complex.<br> <br> Long story short, we eventually sorted things out. Or so it seemed.<br> <br> It is now August. 6 months later and 3 meetings at the branch, Interest is still being taken off my account! I have not yet made one repayment for the loan.<br> <br> Besides the shocking service and lack of ability by the consultants. <br> Do you not want me to pay back my loan? Is this something you have planned so that I have to pay interest for longer? Because that's what I have been doing...
