Student Loan query
Dismal services from Standard Bank. my loan was paid up last year, almost 6 months ago and the bank decided to start re-debiting my account. I've been to the branch and called more than 10 times to resolve this. pathetic service from a bank of your size. the quality of service has really dropped.
