Student Loan: ******** of their own processes

I feel I need to start this complaint off with how Standard Bank's student loans work seeing as they themselves have no clue.<br> <br> While studying your monthly repayment consists solely of interest, then once you're done studying and you start working you start paying back your loan (interest + capital).<br> <br> I started enquiring December 2014 on how this process works (payments, amounts, period, etc) as beginning January 2015 I would start working. After 7 emails and 2 months of being \forwarded to the relevant department". I finally get a response that monthly deposits are already being made into my account.<br> <br> This is absolutely pathetic information as I've been paying my monthly interest instalment (explained above) for the past year"
