Student Loan ********** - Disgusting and Greedy Bank
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! I have been with the bank since I created my first account and they are the worst bank I have ever encountered. I opened a student loan in 2016 and they were so fast to respond to help me create debt. Now that I am repaying my loan, its almost as if the student loan department does not exits! Nobody has contacted me about a repayment plan. I have called multiple times and the call centre does not know where to refer me for student loans so they send me back and forth between departments. I have emailed many different email addresses and there are no replies aside from automated replies. I have visited branches and the consultants are clueless on what a student loan is or how to help customers regarding them.
I am being charged such a high interest rate that no matter how much I pay, the amount doesn't decrease. I have been trying to contact them to help reduce the interest rate but they are so greedy for money that they don't reply to me. They don't care about students or people trying to build their lives, they just ****** money from their customers on a daily basis. There is no actual contact number or email address for people querying student loans because they know if people query then they can't ****** money from people.
An absolutely disgusting bank which I can't even leave because their interest rates are so high, you'd never be able to pay them back

I would not recommend the bank to anyone or any student seeking help to study further.
