STUDENT LOAN APPLICATION - STILL WAITING !!

We app**** for a Student loan on 5 January 2015. Today 19 February 2015 we still do not know if the loan has been approved or not!! Not even the Branch Manager at Barongwa Branch was able to help us. We are still waiting JUST FOR AN ANSWER!!!! Me and my husband are both account holders at Standard Bank. Our son is a student at North West University in Potchefstroom in his 4th year B.Ing. Needless to say my son won't do any business with Standard Bank after finishing his degree!! This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We app**** for a Studentloan at ABSA and within 20 minutes it has been approved and at that moment not me nor my husband were clients of ABSA. We are currently with a BANK who knows how to do business and to treat their customers!
