Student Loan Application Outstanding for 24 days

I app**** for a student loan application on the 13th of January 2015, was promised a turnaround time of 5 days, but that did not happen. Instead 2 weeks later the application was reworked to request information that I had already supp****. I provided it again, only to have the application reworked again the following week requesting a lease agreement (still with no indication of a decision). I supp**** that but still i find myself waiting and having to contact the branch staff and make calls daily to enquire about the same application. I am beyond appalled by this type of treatment, at the end of the day I am a client who should be treated better than this.
