Student Loan Application Delayed

I've app**** for a student loan for my daughter on 20 Dec 2015. I try to call standard bank about 20 times to find out if the loan is been approved and every time they told me that they are still wanting for credit check and I don't need to worry. My daughter went to NWU Potch on 6 Jan 2016. Her accommodation, tuition fees and registration need to be paid. The loan is approved on 21st Jan 2016. I went to Standard Bank Heidelberg GP on 23 Jan 2016 to sign the documents as surety. They send the documents to Standard Bank Potch for my daughter to be signed. She signed the documents on the 27th Jan 2016 and they send it back to Heidelberg branch for the money to be loaded. I went to Standard bank again on 1 Feb 2016 and they told me that die Potch branch must load the money so they send the documents back to Standard Bank Potch. I phone the person (Lebogang) about 7 times at Potch branch and he told me that Standard bank Heidelberg must load the money. The contract has been send back and forth but in the meantime my daughter wrote an exam WITHOUT books or any study materials. I went back to standard bank Heidelberg on 11 Feb 2016 and spoke to 3 different consultants which th
