Student Loan Application

We app**** for a student loan in October 2014. The app was declined because their admin did not attach the docs. We app**** again in December 2014 and it was approved in February 2015. Docs were sent to Green Stone branch for attention of Claire Sithole. When we went to sign she advised us that the doc were misplaced. The student loan acc was opened in Feb 2015 but we were only able to sign on the 15/03/15, Claire assured us that the money would be in the account within 48 hours from date of signature. Today 6/04/15, we still do not have the money. Student loans are still waiting for the approval instruction from Green Stone. On the 4/04/15 I went to Green Stone Bnch to speak to the branch manager Tebogo Mankga, after waiting for 45 minutes, I was advised that the Tebogo was not prepared to see me and that I should speak to student loans because they are holding up the process. I lodged a formal complaint with Standard Bank ref *** and was assured that someone from Green Stone would contact me on the 04/04/2015, no communication to date. Green Stone bnch does not respond to e-mails or answer their phones, this was confirmed when their call center agent tried to make contact.
