STUDENT LOAN?

I app**** for a student loan last year this time, and i received no response. after waiting till January, i went to ABSA. i would have preferred standard bank as my entire household banks with them. I'm entering my second year in a few months and still no word on the loan, not even a rejection message. so i logged on and it still says that my loan is being processed. Come on standard bank, pull your socks up before i move all my accounts to ABSA, as they are more than willing to help , in little to no time at all.
