Student Loan

My son app**** for a Student Loan for a post graduate law degree at Stellenbosch University. He has a student for the last 2 years of his BSocSi degree from UCT, but as happened 2 years ago, the application was declined within 30 seconds. I sent a mail and got a most offensive mail back, like I was not a human. I was incensed and wrote a really angry mail to Standard Bank. In stepped Monica Govender from the bank and she took control. Firstly through her mail and apology, secondly for sorting out the application and getting it approved. Too Monica, a huge thank you. You have restored my faith in Standard Bank.
