Student loan

I have be struggling from Jan 2015 to get somebody to help me with Leonie's student account. After complaining on Hello Peter, a lady from Standard Bank phoned Leonie and gave her a number to phone when ever she needs assistance. Upon phoning this number nobody answered. We went into the Edenvale branch on Sunday and Yanka attended to us. She took all our details and promised to phone us early Monday morning when the Consultant working with study loans will be in. Yanka phoned us as 08:30 and told us to come to the bank so that the consultant can help us. We did and was very satisfied with the service we received from them. Thanks Yanka, it's a pitty Standand Bank Student Loans don't have more people like you!!
