Student loan
I app**** for a student loan on the youth applications portal and they said ill be contacted within 48 hours and I was not ,a week later I called standard bank and they told 15 days has passed and the application has expired because I didn't come to the bank on time, how would I have known to go to the bank if I was not contacted. Mind you this was the first time. I recently reapp**** and its happening again I went to the bank today and they told me to email after whole week of waiting to be contacted. I'm so disappointed, this just shows incompetence.
