student loan

I app**** for a std bank loan last year October, I did not get any Response . I app**** in January again and I got a response that I did not supply all my documents fully, of which I did supply. I then went back to the bank again, to give them my documents and they faxed them through. I have been waiting for a response from the bank for 3 months now. I have been in and out of Standard bank offices in Eastgate for more than 10 Times . I am only left with this month only at school to pay my tuition, if I don't pay it I'm going to be kicked out . Please help me all I want is a response from the bank because it's just Quite . I have even called the head office to find out what's going on but still they don't give me any answer.
