Student Loan
Standard Bank is robbing people off their money and some might not even aware. I called Standard bank and asked them for a settlement amount and they said to settle my student loan is R 17 600. On the 8 October 2020 I paid standard bank R 17 616. No settlement letter, no nothing. I've called the bank several times requesting the settlement letter to date I'm still waiting. Today they debited 850 from my account where else I had settled the loan and in October they didn't debit anything.
I want this bank investigated and their interest rates are ridiculous and **********. I WANT MY R850 back today!
Standard bank are Theives! Dont bank with this institution
