STUDENT LOAN

My father is a standard bank private banking costumer so when i finished matric, my Dad encouraged me to get a loan from standard bank. <br> <br> it first it all went great. they notified me with each uploaded document and when the loan was received for processing. this was on the 12th of December, i called on the 5th of January and no one could tell me what was happening. i asked why its been a month and they couldn't answer me. i went to absa and the loan was processed within a week with not a single problem. if i still log on, the loan still just says processing, almost a full 3 months later. does standard bank think i need the money when im done? i mean really
