Student Laon statements via e-mail on monthly basis seems to be an impossible task

I have a student loan with Standerd Bank and have tried to get my statements send to me via e-mail on a monthly basis now for almost a year and it seems to be quite the difficult task. I have been into the bank 3 times and asked for it to be done over email 2 times where the last time they have not even answered me. I have moved overseas and can not come back into the bank to ask for the 6th time to get this done. I want to start paying my loan off in bigger amounts, but I want to get monthly statements to see that it is actually going off and what is going on in the account. I am not sure if getting your statements via email is a service Standerd Bank even offers since everyone I have spoken to told me it is done but I never receive the statements ? It is not in my spam box and I am starting to run out of patience - is there someone who will be able to assist me in this matter - please note I am abroad and my cell number does not work - please contact me via e-mail.
