Student Achiever Issues

Has anyone also received a random phone call from Standard bank lately, asking about a huge amount outstanding on a Student Achiever Account that has not been used in more than 10 years (Bank costs accumulating)? This account should have been closed years ago, and why contact me for the first time now in 10-12 years? I have never received statements or nothing. Plus, as far as I am concerned, you can't run an overdraught on an account absolutely no consent was given to.
