Stuck with no way out

I am on holiday in Canada, I had ***** on my card so had to cancel it, but was promised a temporary card within 3 days, no card arrived, I called again and gave all the same info again and was promised a card in 5 days, still no card, then i was told they cant deliver to a post box, my son lives on a farm there is no street address SO NOW WHAT, oh well she said she will talk them and they will call me, more than a week later still no call and no card, I explained to the lady that now my father was in icu in South Africa and I needed to get home, I have no money , no card and no means of getting home, if they could not deliver then why cancel my card, How am I supposed to get out this country now, perhaps I will get deported if i overstay my welcome or should I go hitch a ride with a plane and beg for mercy to get me home to my sick father. Have been with Standard bank for 40 odd yrs and this is the service I get. GET ME HOME STANDARD BANK, i will meet you in saskatoon to pick up and sign for my card just tell me where or just leave it at the post office.
