Strugling to open a business account

<p>I went to Standard Bank Ermelo Branch few months ago to open a business account. I was put on a waiting list were i was going to receive a call from the branch to give me an appointment date to go to the bank. I received the call and was given an appointment date, i had to wait three weeks for my appointment date. On the given date i went to the same branch in ermelo for my appointment to open an account. When i got to the bank, i was told that they can not help me as the person who is supposed to help me went for training. I was so dissappointed after my wasted time and no help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decided to leave it until on this month on the 1st August 2017 i went back to the same branch to make another appointment. Again my name was put on the list to receive a call with an appointment date. Today is the 14th August i am still waiting for their call to give me a date to go to the bank an open my business account.</p> <p> </p>
