Struggling to get paid up letter for my home loan

I requested standard bank for a paid up letter for my home loan account and after 3 weeks I am still getting the run around with no one having assisted me. This is causing a huge inconvenience for me as I need the letter to clear a judgement that was lodged a few months before I settled the home loan account. Surely it should be simple enough to provide me with the paid up letter as I have settled my account. <br> <br> The service has really been pathetic and unacceptable!!!
