Struggling to get a breakdown of the settlement balance provided, which expires on 8 July :-(

I received a settlement balance from Debtbusters on Monday 1 July advising an amount higher (almost R600) than the actual account balance stated on their online portal, including the latest payment made 21 June. I asked them to provide me with a breakdown of the settlement balance and their consultant incorrectly requested a statement from Standard Bank. I receive monthly statements from iStore so this is not a concern to me. The issue is that that the clock is ticking and at the SLA turnaround time of 5 working days per request, I'll never receive the Standard Bank breakdown of the settlement balance in time before it expires on Monday 8 July. Then unfairly, I have to possibly start the process all over again and incur an additional charge, as I'm told that Standard Bank only do the first settlement "free". I have escalated my request to both Debtbusters and Standard Bank; however, I'm receiving no joy from either - Debtbusters aren't addressing my concerns and requested incorrect information from Standard Bank, and Standard Bank haven't even responded to my request as it's still within their turnaround time. All I really want to do is settle this account while I have spare cash, but rightfully so I also need to know how the settlement balance is arrived at? In my past experience of settling accounts, I've never had to pay more than what the actually outstanding account balance was. It's usually less or at least the same, but never more. Please can Standard Bank expedite my request and help me sort this out? I want to feel positive and empowered knowing I've settled at least one of my accounts as part of the debt review I've been under for 2 years. Please treat this as an urgent request.
