Struggling to close loan account and get a settlement letter
I've been trying to get hold of loans department the whole week with no success.
I've settled a term loan, I want close to close that account and get a settlement letter because this account is accumulating interest that I do not have!!!!! Why am I being taken from Pilar to post for such an easy thing of just closing the loan account and giving me the paid up letter?????
I'm so frustrated with this bank,why must I go to the branch if you claim to offer online services but you clearly suck at it. Do better
