Struggle to get my funds back!

I really struggle to get my funds back after they debited my account unnecessary! I keep on phoning and get references nr's but no one act on it and it continue like this for nearly 4 weeks. After I phone for the last time, last week Friday and hold on for 20 minutes, I still could not get an answer and the manager there said they will come back to me and no one came back to me at all. I decided to go to Menlyn Retail Branch, Pretoria, to get help. I was await for a consultant to help me, but there was no one to help me. I decided not to wait longer and went to the enquiry counter where the lady use to help me, always, and I requested her to help me again. SHE HELP ME ALL THE WAY AND EVERY THING WAS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY AND THE NEXT DAY THE FUNDS WAS REVERSED! THANK YOU Khuselwa Madladamba at Standard bank ***/8306!! THAT IS THE SERVICE THAT WE ALL NEED IF IT COMES TO SERVICES. She should get be your best person in that bank as she ALWAYS HELP IMMEDIATE AND WITH EVERYTHING. IF I GO OUT THERE, I KNOW I AM BEEN HELP! PLEASE SAY THANK YOU FOR HER, SHE DESERVE IT OUT AND OUT.
