Stranded overseas with no money.

My girlfriend is overseas and you have frozen her account. You need to sort this out immediately. She did all the necessary procedures before she left to make sure this would not happen. How can you possibly be so ***********? How is she meant to get money to buy food? She has tried email you and as usual there is zero response.
