Stranded by Standard Bank again

I cannot believe how I am constantly left stranded by Standard Bank. Please don’t bank with Standard Bank and look at changing banks. They over promise and under deliver at a constant rate. Constant promises are made but excuses are given with no solution. Placed in constant predicaments with my bank account messed up. Escalations with the complaints department does not help as well. Rather investigating on how to move my long standing loyalty to another bank.
