Stranded Bank - Randpark Ridge Mall

<p>How much more worse can your pathetic bank get. Besides dealing with your ridiculus long waits at the branch, and usless call centre people who just transfer your to reception, SBSA *****s up my account closing. I went into Randpark Ridge Mall on 23 Aug 16 to close my account and they told me that in order for me to close the account I have to make a deposit of R168.63. I did the deposit at their tellers and after a long painful wait, because the lady that was assiting me had to go somwhere apparently, I got a confirmation letter that the account is closed.</p> <p>To my astonishment on 05 Sep 16, I get a bank ststement stating that i have R570.18 balance on my account that was supposedly closed? How in the hell did this "Stranded Bank" manage to stuff this up!!??</p>
