Storm Wind Damage to Lightning Conductors etc.

THE PECH INVESTMENT TRUST. I am Pieter du Plessis..On the 3rd of November 2015 our Guesthouse at 66 Gallinule Gait, Birdswood Richards Bay experienced heavy storm winds that did damage to our property. i inured by Standard Bank Homeowners Insurance. The following damage was discovered after the storm. 1) One lightning conductor mast broke in half and landed on the thatch roof causing damage to the h grass recently replaced. 2) The other lightning conductor mast was broken of its base plate .This mast also landed on the recently over thatched roof and caused damage to the grass. Both masts are damaged beyond repairs and should be replaced completely. The basis of both masts also seems to be unstable. 3) a Portion of the prefab wall protecting he property was blown into a leaning position leaving a very dangerous situation for our guests to walk past and is also preventing us from utilising the parking space.I have written numerous emails and spent hours on phone calls with Standard Bank personnel until today have had no feedback at all.My policy number is BMB*** The claim numbers are BMB 15/000255 and BMB15/000260.
