Storm damage still not repaired 19 days later!!!!!

During the severe storm on the 10 th of January me roof started leaking thru the ceiling..I phoned Standard bank Ins claims and was told to phone on Mon,,,I did..was allocated Wellborn Refurbishers.. he came on Wed...Didnt even get into the ceiling tho the ceiling had was bulging and I had told him I had aerolite in the roof.. which due to rain was wet and obviously also causing added damage...He said he couldnt see anything wrong and it wouldnt leak again..he didnt even include the replacement of the wet aerolite in his quote and now every time it rains the roof leaks...I phoned again as I had had no feedback..and was told to query claim via email but was given wrong email add...NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER 24 YEARS!!!!!
