Storm Damage on my house !

I reported a storm damage claim on my house on the 7th of January 2016. 18 days later the issue is still not resolved. My house is leaking and they sent through a contractor called Wellborne Roofing or Wllborne Refurbishes. A Mr. Lucas came to see the place but despite informing him about the gutters and the roof tiles he did not go up to inspect the roof. Instead he asks us how he can get on top of the roof. I see that there is another complaints about the same company used by standard bank in the past. Yet they continue to use this service provider at the dismay of all their customers. They are quick to take the money for insurance but God forbid something goes wrong Standard Bank messes the customer around. If I call about the case I am transferred to a different person on the call center every time without any help. So now I wait while my roof continues to leak.
