storm claim ignored
on 28 March 2020 I reported damage to my property due to a hailstorm. claim no:20/026707. I was contacted by a contractor but up to now nobody has been to my house to check the damage. Repeated calls and e-mails were ignored and promises made which came to nothing. I am worried that the rain season is upon us and more damage can be done if this is not resolved
