Stoping debit orders and and bank charges

Yesterday19/10/2023 i went to stop debit order and i don't know how many times i tried to stop a debit order from orld mutual iwyze insure and it kept on saying successful with a green notification on the app. Today morning i woke with same debut order that went through. This really affected my budget as this debit order is from the insurance that i have cancelled. Worst part is that this iwyze insurance will charge me a reversal amount. I have never had such poor service from FNB

Also standard bank charges me for moving money between my two standard banks that appear in the app, in FNB that is free. Standard bank is really affecting me
