Stop Order

Trust this finds you well<br> <br> On the 17th of October I went into Roodepoort branch to stop the stop order debit from My salary to another bank account under my name.<br> <br> The stop order of R1000.00 goes off on the 26th of every month, I was then giving the supporting document that I signed as to confirmed that the stop order was stopped and cancelled and to be continued for the following month of November.<br> <br> For some reason the stop order still went off on the 26th October..I have been taken from pillar to post ,,this is very frustrating .I Need the money urgently.I have the proof of document that shows the cancellation was done..how to my surprise the money still went of from my Standard Bank to saving s account with Absa..<br> <br> I want a compensation or reversal of the money.<br> <br>
