Stop OR reverse IT

I am lost, what is the difference between stop a debit order and reverse a debit order.

I stopped debit orders yesterday. R2 was taken from my account but money still came out.

If I stop a particular debit order the merchant should deal with me but standard bank should stop it immediately.

What if it’s a ***** case?

I am trying to login app now and both app and internet services are not working.

I am trying to call the ***** line and no one is picking up.
